Jason Pramas is a research artist based in Boston, MA, USA. His practice involves the use of various media - with a special focus on photography - coupled with academic research, data visualization, archive construction and installation. He holds an MFA in Visual Arts from the Art Institute of Boston. A photojournalist by training, Pramas is executive editor and associate publisher of DigBoston, and executive director of the Boston Institute for Nonprofit Journalism.
